Why rent event decor items instead of buying them?
Cost: Rental items typically cost a fraction of the price of purchasing items outright.
Time: Instead of scouring the internet, brick & mortar stores, and estate sales, simplify by doing much of your décor shopping in one place. See how your items will look in various arrangements before committing to them! We 'll even take pictures of your arrangements to make set-up easier!
Storage: Save storage space. All the items you purchase will need to be stored before and after your event. When space is at a premium, this is not a small concern.
Eco-friendly: Re-using items makes good sense for our planet.
Transport: Some of those items you have your eye and heart set on are rather large. Save yourself the hassle of transporting those items, by having your rental items delivered and picked up from your event.
Set-up: Let someone else set up and take down the items you'd rather not mess with.
Do you deliver?
We deliver to events in central Wisconsin (We are located in Stevens Point, WI). Pricing is based on distance, gas costs, number/size of items, and whether or not set-up & tear-down is requested/ required.
When do I pay for my items & how long is the rental period?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total bill (excluding delivery and set-up) is required to hold your items for your specific dates. Until rental contract is signed and deposit is received, your items will not be reserved for you. Because items are held and cannot be rented out to someone else once deposit is received, the deposit is not refundable. Remainder of the balance is due before picking up items. If delivery is requested, balance needs to be paid before delivery goes out.
The standard rental period for items is 3 days. This allows you a day for set-up & a day for tear-down.
Do you offer tent and table/chair rentals?
Not at this time.** We are happy to refer you to others who do!
**We do have accent pieces, including decorative tables, but do not have folding tables.
What if I am looking for an item you don't have in your inventory?
Our inventory is constantly changing as new items are added. We also love sourcing items for people! Though we can't guarantee we will find what you're looking for, we are happy to try & locate items for clients, so don't be afraid to ask!
Do you do any custom design items?
Each request is evaluated on an individual basis. Some custom design we offer: backdrops/ arches, chalkboard lettering service, faux flowers (bouquets and arrangements), draping, table coverings (linens and runners), balloon work. If interested, just ask--the worst we can say is no (and we'll say it nicely)!
